Error 5013,3? I need help

I keep getting Error message 5013,3.

I follow all the instructions to fix it, I even had to install the base filtering engine myself, but when I get to the step where I have to start the BFE I get another error message from my computer saying "the account specified for this service is different from the acount specified for other services running in the same process" I know pretty much nothing about computers and I have no idea what to do now. Can someone please give me any suggestions about how to fix this? I don't really know what other info to provide.


Nevermind I fixed that problem but now its telling me It can't run the BFE because access is denied.

Please replace Step # 3 & 4 with the following:

Go here: https://skydrive.live.com/?cid=DDCCE2A7666EA200&id=DDCCE2A7666EA200%21130

Left Click on Base Filtering Engine.reg

On the Popup you get at the bottom of the page, left click on the down arrow and left click on Save As. On the next page left click on Desktop and then SAVE. This should place the Base Filtering Engine.reg shortcut on your desktop. Double click it.



Then follow on with the instructions provided.

Thank you guys I think I got it now Just restarted my computer after following those instructions and the error messageisn't coming up anymore so I think its fixed. Thank you!
