I had a [System Fix] virus on my laptop. So, I tried to install Norton AntiVirus. The Norton Power Eraser did remove [System Fix] virus but it didn't recover my system. But I'm seeing this error below.
I did follow the instructions provided in "Norton Support Web site" and try to fix the error. However, I couldn't find "Base Filtering Engine" in services window as step 3 stated. Therefore, I couldn't complete all the steps. The error is still there.
