I just bought the Norton Internet Security 2012. I was trying to install it on my computer and my boyfriend's computer. I had no problems with mine. But I had a problem with his. I was able to do a full computer scan with it, but whenever I turn his computer on I get the error 5013, 3 message. The computer tries to run a product service dependency repair, but it fails. It then directs me to download the Norton Power Eraser. I download that and it shows up on my computer as the download having completed but when I try to run it the computer says Appplication Not Found. He has a Sony VAIO computer and Windows 7. I think he had a virus on his computer before I installed the Norton. When I ran the full scan on the computer, it seemed like the virus was removed, but I'm not sure. Not sure what to do to fix the error.
