My product is Norton Internet Security and the version is 18.6.0.29
When I log into my computer I keep getting the error 5013,3
I have gone into the support website and completed step one but can not complete step2 as I can't find the Base Filtering Engine in the services window.
I have run the Norton Power Eraser and it advised that I had no issues, and after restarting my computer the error message still came up.
What do I need to do now to fix this problem.
