Error 8504,101

I've been getting error 8504,101 for the past few days now, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but evertime I turn my computer back on I get the same error.

 

If anyone has the same problem or know any fixes please post.

Here is the kb for that particular error. Please try what was suggested on this site. Also please take note of the notice at the top of the page. If that didn't help, then go ahead and click that this hasn't help and see what comes up next.

The reason I ask is that I find it hard to believe you attempted the three fixes listed in 25 minutes.

 

 

I had tryed them before I posted this as this problem has been happening for a week now and they help till I restart my laptop then it happens again.
