I get Error 8504,104 follow all nrnr and npe instructions. When that doesn't work I then spend hours with the techs who can't resolve anything going over and over the same things that don't work and meanwhile my computer is crashing all the time due to "Norton Confidential has crashed" and then "Norton needs to close" and then my computer crashes. This has been going on for months, and nothing is helping me.
I have Windows XP 32. I have no other programs working with or competing with the Norton Internet Security 2012 I have installed. I re-boot and follow all instructions given me from the website and by the techs, but nothing has helped.
Oh, the last tech kept telling me there is "nothing wrong with my computer" and "there is no such thing as "Norton Confidential," even though I see this notification all the time before my computer crashes.
THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY AND MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE TO USE MY COMPUTER!!!
