Logged in this morning and got the title error when I logged into 360 Premier. Got a window pop up asking me to download Norton 360 Removal Tool, something about files getting corrupted, and follow the prompts after restarting to download 360 Premier again. Now when I follow the links I can't download anything because Norton is telling me that I have to buy another key to go further. I can't re-download the program again because the installer is out of date and I keep getting an error. My subscription is effective till Sept so I'm good there. I can't even delete the old Norton directory to start from scratch. I'm looking for a fix for all of this. I've been to every help page Norton has to offer but all lead back to pages that take me no where closer to getting 360 back. I had 30 + log-in's saved and I'll probably lose those.
