What's going on lately...I have plenty of days left on subscription, (though on MYNORTONACCOUNT it says never been downloaded, but they're wrong a Norton technician upgraded me (and downloaded and installed NIS 2011 .29 from NIS 2010. I just bought a new product key due to the great deal I was able to get(from a good reseller) I hope I made the right move. A reboot took care of it...........Thanks, Gorpy1
