Error 8504,104

Greetings,

 

I am trying to find a solution to this error code on a computer of mine.  The error only occurs after the latest patch for Norton 360 is applied and a reboot is completed.  I have verified that there are no other security suites installed (including services and drivers) and verified the computer is not infected (using Autoruns and different virus scanners).  No evidence of rootkit activity or poweliks.  Can anyone assist?
