Error 8505, 118

Hi there,

I've only just noticed in NIS 2009 when I go to either Help & Support -> Subscription Status or to Subscribe Now, nothing happens for about 30 secs then it just comes up saying it wasn't able to verify your subscription status and it gives the error code of 8505, 118.

 

I thought there was something wrong with my Norton, but so far I've tryed it on 2 XP machines and 1 Vista and their all doing the same thing.

 

Everything else seems fine, you just can't seem to do anything subscription related through the program.

 

Any ideas?
