I have installed and uninstalled the latest version of Internet security 3 times now, and still get the "ERROR 8506,421" message. Clicking on the new desktop icon, or on the icon in the lower right corner doesn't open the main page of the anti-virus. I noticed on the explanation page of the error message that "removing the contents of the licensing folder should fix the problem." Is this a real solution? If so, where is the Licensing folder, and how do I empty the contents?
