Your Anti Virus came with my laptop purchase from Best Buy.
I keep getting Error 8506, 422. It prompts me to your site to run an uninstall, but when I do it says something to the effect that it can't find any Norton product on my computer. So I uninstall the program myself. Reboot. Then reinstall. It'll run fine, and even update, and do a virus scan. Then within a day, I get the error again.
So is there anything I can do? I've seen the other messages left concerning the same error. And your help is to speak in techno jargon which leaves me baffled. I wonder if I should even continue messing with this, or just go back to McAffe.
I have a Toshiba Laptop running I guess Windows 7. And the disk's box just says Norton Anti Virus with Anti Spyware(nothing else).
