XP,Fat 32: Crashes following repairs and reinstalls- due to 2012 update. All suggested ways of removing Anti virus program tried...(by very helpful Sym. technician). When reinstalled, AntiVirus 2013 will not load as previous icon on desktop toolbar is still there,stuck.. Am waiting for phone call from supervisor but any suggestions on how to remove welcomed.
