Hello All,
I have been trying to communicate w/Norton for over a month now to no avail. No replies to my emails. : ( I can't even remember how I found the error but I believe it was code 8566,422. My Norton icon no longer appears in my tray and I can not start/use it. Computer is very slow and sluggish. No updates available. Got as far as being told to use the Norton removal tool but got scared off when I was informed that this could not be reversed.
I currently have a Norton product that has been useless for over a month of my subscription. : (. My computer is also at risk. : (
How do I proceed with correcting this problem? Thank you for any assistance. Norton is usually good about addresing my issues so I'm not sure if the current 'bug' is the reason for no reply or if I am falling through the cracks.
