Error 8920,1235 Help

My Norton 360 (5.1.0.29) won't allow me to send emails. Please help. The live assist is beyond a joke.

I use Outlook Express. And yes, I am certain it is an update issue. Please help. I cannot sent emails.

If you run Live Update manually, can you download all the updates?

 

For the Outlook issue please try this first:

1. Open Norton 360

2. Click on Settings

3. Go to Antispam settings

4. Click on the Client Integration tab

5. Turn off Outlook Express

6. Try to send a test email

7. Turn back client integration.
