Error 8920,212

I recently renewed my subscription to Norton 360 5.0 and have been experiencing problem after problem.  The latest is Error 8920,212 and the fact that Norton Pulse Updates failed to complete.

 

Can anyone help?????

You need to download and run the Intelligent Updater first. After you run it, run LiveUpdate. You can find the steps to download Intelligent Updater from the following link:
