Hello. This morning, I have been unable to fully update with Live Update. It fails to install one update in particular and gives the error message 8920 223. Other than that, 360 seems to be working ok. Is this normal at all or should I do something about it? Thanks.

FWIW, mine has failed a few times in the past few days and also failed this AM for about 5 hours.

Hi DeputyDoggz,
- It's probably better to start a new thread than to tack on to one marked as solved.
- Error 8920 223 is related to the Live Update servers and is almost always a temporary glitch. Running Live Update in an hour or two usually installs the updates.
- If you are using the intelligent updater, make sure you use the correct ones for your Norton product version and also your system requirements.
