Error: 8921,240

My Definition update seems to have stopped working.  25 days without a useful scan. When I try to ‘fix’ the problem I get this message:  Error: (8921,240) “Norton LiveUpdate has completed with an unknown error” when I run LiveUpdate in Norton 360 Version 5.0.  No one seems to be able to tell me what is wrong…even Nathan hasn’t heard of this error message.  Does anyone in the community know what is wrong?  Thanks.
