Error 8921.253

I just had a chat session with a representative concerning "Live Update" not working.  It runs for about two to three minutes and then the error code 8921.253 appears.  A manual update will not retrieve updates either.  

 

If I run "Get Support" there are no errors reported.

 

Representative told me this is a current Norton issue.  He took control of my computer and found nothing wrong. He told me to give it 24 hours for Live Update" to begin working. 

 

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?  Thank you.
