I have Win 10 x64, Norton 22.16.1.4. (latest) and there has been some times I werent able to login or do anything server related throught the program :
The outcome is always identical :
Login throught my.norton (Chrome) works with no problem.
Any solution, have tried a lot of them... None of them works :(
Did you try resetting your default browser as noted in Sunil's post above? If that helps, you can always reset the default to your preferred browser.
Also, as you are on Win 10, have you disabled the Windows Fast Startup feature? If you use Windows 8/8.1 or 10, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature.. See more information here.
Are you sure about that version number? I have 22.16.0.247. I haven't seen 22.16.1.4. Is that a Beta version or one that is given out by an ISP? Have you turned off Fast Startup? Have you restarted your computer? Are you using the Core?
