Hello, has anyone had this problem before? My computer literally froze, all it kept flashing was the error code -23017.....saying that it was a malware....in the background you could see the apple logo ....and it was saying ring the toll free number: 1800 649 546? I did try calling the number cos every time I tried closing down the IE....it would not, then I tried the task manager, that too no help....every time I did manage to close the IE...and opened another one, the same message loaded and took over the screen.....so I did call in the end....What happened?....nothing, it went into one of those background music call waiting mode....and I waited for another 10 mins.....before turning it off......we were doing a full system scan when this error showed up.....then we turned the internet off....ran the Norton antivirus program....scan and all.....then we shut down the computer, fully and turned the power off.....gave it 10 mins before turning it on.....then it worked.....but still am freaked out....how did it get into my system?.....If Norton is not the best protection out there, then please, please someone give me the name of the best security program......or if this is a new bug.....then can Norton add it to their list......I don't know....so if anyone heard of it....and knows what to do....then can u please help.....what if its hidden in some other app program.....sorry not smart at these program n stuff......so please help me out ?
