Are you:
-Using the Norton or other VPN when connecting? If so disable it and retry.
-Using other software such as CCleaner? If so disable it.
-Have you reset Norton firewall and rechecked?
-Have you disabled SSL in Norton email protection, rebooted and rechecked?
-Do you have the KAMO software that is bundled installed and active? If so disable it and retry.
