I am having an issue with Norton on one of my devices, a desktop with windows 8.1. I started out getting a messaged that the computer was at risk but Norton was never able to fix it. I have tried to download Norton again with no avail. I have tried to uninstall my previous version of Norton and it is not working. I need help! I had Norton support have remote access to my computer and he couldn't get it to work either. Sometimes it will start to download Norton but it gets to about 15% and says that there is an error with the server. Has anyone had this issue? Is there a way to fix it?
