Error E7BC0001 encountered when restoring a Windows 10 Image from an external hard disk

I made an backup image of a C:\ drive partition using Norton Ghost 15 Boot Disc.  When I try to restore the .v2i image from an external hard disk.  I encountered the error E7BC0001.  What can I do ?
