--Error EBAB03F1: Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

I am trying to back up my d drive in Windows XP through Norton Ghost 14. 

 

Prior to receiving the above error message, I received the error message below: 

  • Unable to write to file.
  • -Error EBAB03F1:  The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file.

 

I logged onto as a different administrator. 

 

Now I am receiving the following error message. 

 

  • Error EBAB03F1 – Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Can anyone help me with this?  Is this a Norton programming problem or a system problem.  I looked on the internet for an answer and Regure wants me to download their program.  I do not want to do this as Regure messed up my pc one time when trying to correct a problem.  Don't want to do it again.
