Error "EBAB03F1" When Attempting To Backup Computer (Failed due to a file system limation)

I have located the instructions for fixing this error, but I embarrassingly admit that there is one particular part the I don't seem to understand:

Step 3 (4) says, 

 

On the command prompt, type the following command to re-register the SymSnap VSS Provider files, and then press Enter:

VssProviderInstall.exe -register "Symantec SymSnap VSS Provider" "VSS_2003.dll" "Symantec SymSnap VSS Provider" "Symantec SymSnap VSS Provider".

 

 

My issue is that I cannot figure out how to actually enter the information at the CMD prompt. Every combination that I used did not work.
