I'm running Vista Ultimate 64 bit and have been running Norton Ghost 12 for some time now without any issues. This problem occurred after installing a second internal HDD so I can back upto instead of using my external HDD. I ran a backup for my entire C: drive without any issues. The problem happens when I try and backup my files and folders. I have disconnected my old external and have tried to re-run the backup. I still keep getting the same error code. Can someone help. I got to say the Symantec website is pretty short on help when it comes to error codes.
