I'm using Norton Ghost 14 on Vista. I had a Raid with 2 virtual drivers and another hard-drive to backup. My raid failled and I rebuiled it. This process cleans everything. When I instal the Vista and the Ghost 14 in my "news
" disks and I trie open the v2i files, whose have the backup, the browser says:
Error ED800012: The internal structure of the image file (CRC Check) is invalid, damaged or unsupported
I want open the v2i to recovery the archives but when I browse the file, I only see the name of backup file, not the archives whose was in the drive. Can I recovery the archives? What is the solution for that error?
