Evert viewer is showing the following event ID 13, this the following information: Volume Shadow Copy Service information: The COM Server with CLSID {790f2886-9889-4c99-8ef5-531add05d044} and name SW_PROV cannot be started. [0x80070003] . I found a google search result at Microsoft Tech Net, which indicates it is a third party problem. I contacted Symantec tech support via Chat, advised Ghost 14.0 shows no error messages, so everything is fine. Frustrated! Appears Ghost is running fine, doing back ups, but this message keeps appearing about every 10 minutes in Event Viewer.
