I downloaded the 360V4 standard from teh link given but when I tried to run the .exe I kept getting the following error "The parameter is incorrect". This error comes right in the beginning after I click on "run" after double-clicking on the download. See attached screen shot. showing the error msg box. In the task manager I can see the process running, even afer I click ok on the error msg box.
I downloaded the .exe twice but got the same error.
I have Dell D620 Laptop, 4GB RAM, runing WinXP-Pro (SP3). I currently have 360V3.8.0.41 with a subscription that still has 90 days to go.
