I have contacted support over and over again for over 3 years, and I still get this error message when attempting to set up the Dark Web Monitoring. I have been told the ticket has been "escalated" more than once. Be honest, will this ever be corrected? This is unacceptable to have a problem with software for this long with no resolution in sight. Should people with the same issues contact someone else? The Better Business Burea to complain? Should a social media blitz be started to see if any attention helps bring forth a resolution? Norton must understand how frustrating this is to customers that pay for a service, and they are unable to use it.
