I am running Windows Vista Home Premium with MS Office 2003 and I am having a problem with Norton Internet Security 2009, possibly related to its relationship with MS Outlook.
I get the message ""Your email message to [email address of recipient] with the subject [email subject] was unable to be sent..." (1003,9) with a Norton 2009 product installed" along with a one-click support window which seems impossible to close as the number of pages (1 of x) seem to multiply with time, and with the scanning message indicator on the taskbar flickering abnormally. There does not appear to be any problems with incoming or outgoing emails, and I have did a full system scan and uninstalled and reinstalled the product, but none of this can shake this problem.
I would appreciate any solutions as soon as possible, as this is extremely frustrating.
