Error message 3038,104

I have the latest version of NIS with all updates.

I keep getting this error message 3038, 104.

I ran the auto fix, it could not fix the problem.

The solution was to run the Norton Remove & Reinstall Tool.

I did that and ran Live Update.

The Error Message 3038, 104 still appears as soon as I try to run a scan.

Can you please help.
