Live update is showing our computer status as being "at risk" we have run live update lots of times and it is not fixing - the Norton 2011 Virus Definitions fail to complete each time and we get error message 8920,201 when we click on technical support. We are using windows XP - I have checked the settings and automatic update is on but under Virus protection Norton reports that it might be out of date. We have checked that we have the latest update of Norton and the website confirms that we do. We don't know what to try next. Any suggestions?
