9 out of 10 times I start my computer I get a message that says"Service Module Encountered a problem and needs to shut down", when I look at the details it is the VProCVC.exe that has the problem. I got with Norton Live chat four times on this and they finally said they would have to change my startup so MsAfee, Printkey, Web Cam and a couple others do not start up automaticly. I told them that was unexceptable and I would uninstall Ghost before I did that. And I did. Does anyone have any ideas of what the problem could be? I would be willing to reinstall it if there was some idea of how to fix it.
