On occasion, I have been getting this error message "Symantec service framework encountered a problem and needed to close." Not sure what this is all about, it never happened before. This message has come up like 3 or 4 times. Is there anything I can do about it, or could it possibly have something to do with my having an older version of Norton?
My other question is about Norton update. When I click on help& support on Norton main page, I get a box which says " get the latest version for free then it says to click on go. My question is this, what happens to the old version which is currently on my computer, Does the newer version over ride the old one or do I have to go in the add/remove programs and remove it myself?
