There is an error message I receive when attempting to complete my Anti-Virus 2011 install. The error says:
"A problem has occurred that needs your attention. This process is unable to continue due to a system service that may not be installed or cannot be started. Please repair your installation of Windows before continuing."
I contacted Norton phone service, but the tech could not help me. Is this something I should contact Microsoft about, or is there other guidance that can be provided here first?
I'm running Windows XP, SP3. If this can't be fixed, I will need to know how to cancel this purchase of Anti-Virus 2011.
