I purchased Ghost 15 because I wanted to backup information on my computer. Well today I needed it and it let me down. I am having problems with windows. Windows Restore did not work. So I decided to a restore point to get my computer to what it was 6 days ago using Ghost.
I placed the recovery disk in the CD drive and identified the Recovery Point I wanted to restore. I have 2 internal drives 360GB (C:) and 1.5TB (F:), and 3 WD external drives 750GB (G:), 750GB (H:) and 2TB (I:). It is the 2TB drive (I:) which has the backups for the C: and F: drives. It is the C: drive I wanted to recover. I am running XP Pro, with 4GB of RAM and a INTEL Celeron MMX quad processor.
When it started the recovery and it was about to veriy the restore point I got this message
ERROR: E0BB00AT - The operation is not supported on disk groups of this type.
At present I am calm, but not a very happy camper. Any ideas?
