I think I got a Virus on my computer that uses Norton Internet security 2011. Anti-virus shows as being turned off and will not "FIX" Access to any programs or internet will not happen because of the Subject error description."ORDINAL 383 could not be installed in the dynamic link library....iertutil.dll. I cannot uninstall Norton and Reinstall it, I cannot go on internet to try cleaning program cannot get anti-virus button into the on position to run virus scan I am not good at computers and know little about them Need to know, what is this problem, and how can i fix it Especially the Ordinal 383 Message.
