I installed Norton internet security 2010 from a cd and at first it worked ok. Now it doesn't. When I try to run live update nothing happens. when I try to open the programme nothing happens. I want to open the firewall settings cos I cannot open windows live essentials either cos of firewall settings that i cannot access. Ieven tried to uninstall Norton so I could reinstall but nothing happens when I try this. Help
