We had Norton Internet Security installed on on desktop PC but the hardrive crashed and we had a new hardrive installed. I am trying to download Norton to the new one but keep getting an error message. The message is: this process is unable to continue due to a system service that may not be installed or cannot be started. Please repair your installation of windows before continuing. I follow the instructions on the following page and can locate the services.msc box but it asks me to update the Terminal Services to Automatic. I cannot locate this under the services box. Step 2 tells me to update the Remote Procedure Call to Automatic which I have completed. Can anyone help me with the Terminal Services? Is this possibly listed under something else? Please let me know what I can do next. Thanks.
