When I try to do a backup I get these error messages and a note "Unable to write to file". I have never been able to use the product since I bought it. The last time I had a "Chat" session, but at that time this computer was not connected to the internet and he could not take control of the computer to fix it. He tried on a phone call to me, but that didn't work. I told him that I would format the drive in the future and then I would try Ghost again. I have done that and still no luck. Any help with this?
