If you own a HP LAPTOP, this error is caused by HP SUPPORT ASSISTANT.
HP SA is loaded at Startup and has conflicts with Norton and Live Mail.
Search the internet to Disable HP SA at Startup. (simple Process)
Search for "How to disable HP Support Assistant at Startup (Include your Operating system id ie: XP, W7 W8)
