Error msg on backup information

When I select “View all backup sets online”, it takes me to a webpage that says “An error occurred retrieving your backup information”. It also says I have “0 B of 0 B Used”.

This is confusing and concerning because my Norton app says my backup is 28.8GB of 150GB used.

What’s going on?
