I get the following error when trying to back-up files and folders to DVD:

I have tried to check the services which are listed on the Norton support website i.e.
Norton Ghost (Automatic and Started)
Symantec SymSnap VSS Provider (Automatic)
SymSnap Service (Automatic and Started)
see screen shots, but I cannot find the second one listed (Symantec SymSnap VSS Provider).
Normal HD back-ups work OK.
Help!
It appears that the forum only accepts the following attachment file extensions ( txt,log,lue) so I can't include screen captures: how stupid is that?
