Error report 3030.109

HI,

I have a error 3030.109 while doing a full scan on Sunday and every time I chose the Internet Security Scan the following occured:

1.After clicking RUN SCAN, it runs the update followed by SCAN and the message RISK X and fix NOW. I don't know if the scan is functioning.

2.I cannot find the quick scan or the full scan which I am used to with the Norton Internet scan.

3.Where do I find the options for the scan.

Please help me fix the problem.
