Error Symantec Service Framework stopped working

I have a Windows pop up error that states "Symantec Service Framework stopped working and was closed" i cannot seem to get Safety Minder to uninstall in order to reinstall. HELP!

Well, the paw print icon in my toolbar is missing… but there is an icon on my desktop that says it’s version 1.1.0.21

Does this happen every time your machine starts up or restarts?

After a few online chatting sessions and phone calls… this issue was resolved and I am very happy with the customer service and dedication I was given.
