Error: "We are sorry. It seems like something went wrong with the installation of the product..."

Hi, 

I've tried to start my application (which was installed months ago) and a screen with a "pending" bar appeared. This happened all the times I tried to open the application. I tried to uninstall it, but I couldn't. So i ran the "RemoveSymantecMacFiles" in my computer and the application was removed from my Mac OS.  After that I tried to install the application again, but a warning of "We are sorry. It seems like something went wrong with the installation of the product..." keeps showing up every time and the systems asks me to "try later". I simply cannot install the application again.

Can you help me with this?
