Hello I used NSBU last year to protect 3 PC (1 Win10 + 2 Vista) + 1 Netbook + 1 mobile phone Android. This week I acquired NS Deluxe (as I have now only 4 devices to protect and another option for my Back Up). I have downloaded the software and installed it with no problem on my PCs and mobile phone. For the Netbook I got an error message : Key not acurate for the produt - 1002 I tried to find a solution on the forums, after I tried to contact Symantec and the response was go thru the chat; which I did and waited a longer time with no more success. Then I definitely need your help to find a solution Thanks in advance Mazag
