Error when running CLEAN function

I recently upgraded to Norton 360. Everything is working except that when I go to run the "Clean" function I get the following error message: "An unexpected error occurred and we’re unable to show your complete scan results. Please try again later." I have tried several times and always receive that error. It also shows that nothing has scanned.

I too have this problem, including after following Norton's instruction to remove privacy data from Safari.  Is there a solution for this?  I have had this problem ever since I downloaded the software.  The cleaning function has never worked.

Running Norton 360 MacOS Catalina 10.15.3.
